What is Hyper Wave Trial?
Hyper Wave Trial is inspired by wave mechanics, challenging players to control a glowing wave through a dangerous neon environment full of obstacles. Players must navigate through narrow corridors, avoid spikes, and survive increasingly complex levels.
Core Gameplay
In Hyper Wave Trial, players control a wave moving forward automatically in a zigzag pattern. Holding down the control button will make the wave go up, while releasing it will make the wave go down. This simple mechanism forms the foundation of the entire game, requiring precise timing and smooth adjustments to avoid collisions.
The goal is to reach the end of each level or survive as long as possible while avoiding obstacles such as spikes, walls, and narrow tunnels. A single mistake will result in an immediate replay, encouraging players to hone their skills through replays.
Increasing Difficulty Levels
The game features 30 levels spread across 3 different worlds, each with progressively increasing difficulty. As players progress, they will encounter faster speeds, narrower paths, and more complex obstacle types. Teleportation portals also appear throughout the levels, changing gravity, size, or speed to keep the gameplay unpredictable.
