Geometry Dash World Dashlands is an expansion of the original Geometry Dash, consisting of five shorter levels for beginners. As a starting point, Dashlands serves as both a tutorial area and a transition zone between easier levels and the next more difficult levels.
Conquer the simple gameplay
Each of the five levels of Geometry Dash World Dashlands: Payload, Beast Mode, Machina, Years and Frontlines is more difficult than the previous one. Although each level is short in duration, the basic ideas of the game are introduced step by step.
- Jumping over spikes and platforms is the first level of the cube mechanic in Payload.
- In cube mode, Beast Mode adds yellow jump pads to enhance jumps.
- You can unlock the Machina ship from mid-level, and it combines cube gameplay with the yellow jump ring mechanic.
- For the most part, Years is a challenging ship segment that tests your ability to fly through narrow passages and shifting obstacles.
- With the addition of gravity gates, which reverse gravity mid-level, Frontlines reverts to cube mode, allowing for more precise timing.
Collecting Coins
Each level has stars and orbs, but you shouldn't risk not unlocking a certain color or cube. Make sure the levels are clean first.
- 9%: The opening, often used to introduce the main mechanics of the level.
- 49%: The middle, where trap cams, jumps, or mode switching (block → ship) begin to appear.
- 50%: Mid-screen mark; many consider this to be the “mental checkpoint”, as having passed the halfway mark motivates you to continue.
- 89%: The highway section, speed, and block increase sharp speed.
- 99%: The ending section, which puts constant pressure, as just a small mistake will force you to start over.
